We currently offer Exchange Only – No Returns or Refunds.
🕒 Exchange Window: Request within 2–3 days of receiving your order.
👗 Eligible Items: Only unused, unwashed products with all original tags and packaging.
📏 Exchange Reasons: Size issue or manufacturing defect only.
🚚 Process: Contact us at support@modevro.com with your Order ID and product images and video while opening clearly showing the defects/issue with the product.
⚠️ Note: Sale, clearance, or customized items are not eligible for exchange.
