Exchange Policy
We currently do not accept returns — only exchanges are allowed under specific conditions.
If you wish to exchange your order, please ensure the following:
- Eligibility Window:
- You can request an exchange within 2 days of receiving your product.
- After this window, exchange requests will not be accepted.
- Exchange Conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or defective items.
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- How to Request an Exchange:
- Write to us at support@modevro.com or contact us through our website within the eligible timeframe.
- Mention your Order ID, Reason for Exchange, and attach a clear image and Video of the product (if defective or size issue).
- Exchange Process:
- Once approved, our team will guide you on the pickup or return shipment.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the product, your exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Non-Exchangeable Items:
- Products bought during sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange.
- Accessories or custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged.
Important Notes
- We do not provide refunds or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Modevro reserves the right to decline exchange requests if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.

Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
